Wow!! It's been 2 months plus since I last blog... no time and lazy and tired after looking after Janelle... so won't be blogging so often le.... N Janelle is alrdy 8 months+ now le.... She's a big girl le... Haha.... She can crawl on her fours steadily, can clap her hands, wave bye bye and hello! so cute!!! I'm loving her!!! :D soon will be her 9 mths developmental assessment.

It's only 3 mths plus to her 1st bday and my bday as well! keke...so fast... Got to confirm a venue 1st... hope can get e chalet ba.... and then got to plan for other thing....

Janelle is 6 mths le.... Started to eat rice cereal and switching to stage 2 formula milk. So far so gd for cereal for tis 2 days, if everything is alright, will add more variety to her meals next wk... :) Janelle is still loving her milk and drinking 7oz now... learning to sit n crawl.... so fast another 6 more mths, she will be 1 yr old le, everything is like a blink and we got to start planning for her bday party! :D

1 mth plus nv blog le, the last blog was when janelle went for her 2nd time swimming, now alrdy sixth time le.. haha... tired n lazy to blog... Sunday was mother's day and oso Janelle 5 months old! Went out to eat wif dear's grandma and auntie family then went for dinner wif his family at nite... 1st time being a mother on mother's day but still dun hav tat kind of feeling... lol....

Dear say that they nv celebrate mother's day for me on sunday so he bought a surprise cake for me yest.. n celebrated at hm wif Janelle... Haha... will post e pics next time cos haven upload the photos yet....

Brought janelle for her 2nd time swimming last wk but she swim till not veri happy this time haha, tink cos she nv slp enough so still tired.. will make sure that she slp enough n eat le then let her swim next time... so fast she's goin 4 mths in 2 wks time and will have to go for her jabs again next wk le... so scary! will skip e rotarix this time 1st till further results from e news are out.... I've also arranged for her to shave her head botak next wkend then will use her hair to make 'taimaobi' hehe... tink she will not feel so hot by then le... anyway her hairs keep dropping nw oso so muz as well shave away n let e new nice hair grow again.... N my hair is dropping alot oso, dunno when will go botak... Hahahaha.....

Time files... It's 3 mths since i delivered my precious princess and she's 3 mths old now... Looking at her everyday, she really changed alot compare to when she is just a newborn.. she will laugh loudly when u play wif her and starting to learn flipping now le... She slp lesser in e daytime now but will slp throughtout the nite... Dun hav to wake up for milk anymore le, not like last time...

Brought her to baby spa for swimming since she seems to enjoy bathing in the water everytime and yes she really love the swimming.. she laughed so happily when e person there helped her to do warm up exercises.. Hahaha.. since she like the swimming so we've signed a package with them which is cheaper... Will bring her there again when dear is not working...

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!!!!!!

This is our first cny wif our princess Janelle... Got to give ang baos to kids this yr le but heng get to collect back some oso... Janelle came at e right time.. Hahaha.... Brought her for visiting for e 1st 2 days, diff pple carried her so she dun get to slp alot for e 2 days.. Only nap for while when we are in e car to the next destination....

Janelle 1st visit for vaccine

Brought bb for her 1st time vaccine since she discharge from hospital... She got 2 jabs for 6in1 and pneumococcal and a oral dose for rotavirus... She cried so loud when e injection was done.. I see le oso feel pain... 2 mths later, same thing will happen again... so scary... heng she dun hav fever n swelling till nw....

Brought her out for shopping for 4 consecutive days, went cwp and dear's auntie relative hse for cny dinner on sat, city sq & dear's fren hse warming on sunday, mount A for her jabs and after that went amk hub on monday and cwp again yesterday.. hahaha.... Every time went out oso spent money, tink will be broke soon...

N thks limei for the air humidifier.. alrdy using now at nite in e air con rm le.... hehe.... now we got to source for air purifier.. haha.. got 1 new one but we nv use it then took out to use and realise it's not working anymore le... :( so nw got to buy another one to put for cleaner air.... Realli got to buy alot of thing when you hav a baby at hm.... but when u see that she's healthy and happy, you will be happy too.... :D

so fast another 3 more days to CNY le... Had bought all our clothes le, all ready to bring janelle baby out for ang baos liao... Hahahahaha..........

A Day Out

We went out on sunday to mil's hse to pass the cny abalone to them and went tampines after that.... Went merlin's hse to collect back our winter clothings 1st and on e way to her hse, janelle was hungry so had to feed her in the car... when we reached her hse downstairs, we were toking awhile when i'm still sitting in the car cos outside is really too hot for janelle... and while i'm talking to merlin, i feel like janelle is shitting... Hahahahaha... Then we were tinking whether to clean and change her in the car or go upstairs.. In the end, we decided to go merlin's hse to change her... We change her on merlin's bed and b4 that i asked to place something on the bed 1st just in case we dirty the bed.... BUT even we've placed a towel on the bed, dunno y that day her poo shoot so far till it kena the towel, bed and MY LEGS!!!! Hahahaha.... So paiseh, 1st time bring her to their hse, then dirty their bed and they got to throw away the towel...

After all the cleaning and changing, we went to tampines mall together n shop for some cny clothes but end up nv buy anything... It's always like that, when u wan to buy then won't c anything that fancy one.... Also looking for a air humidifier to put at home so it won't be so dry when janelle slp in the air con rm at nite... Will go n buy during this few days ba... Anyone know where got sell gd and cheap one??

Lastly after shopping, went to fetch dear's grandma to marina barrage for dinner with his auntie's family... Haven been there b4, so sua ku.. Ate at 1 of the chinese restaurant there and then walk walk abit b4 we went home.....

Janelle's baby shower on sun went smoothly, she was a good girl that day. Many pple carried her, tink she muz be happy cos she love to be carried... :) She received alot of presents and angbaos, most presents are clothes... Dunno got enough time to wear all anot cos most are for newborn... I'm still in my confinement so din get to eat the buffet... :( Look nice... The event ended at evening and it's was raining earlier so mil say dun go back to my mum pl le, not gd to go out so late and scare kena the rain so we stayed at our own hse that nite... It's Janelle's and my 1st nite staying at our own hse since delivery... Haha...

My confinement is ending soon! Yeah!!! Can go out and enjoy le.... Muz go wash n cut my hair le, haven cut since I got pregnant... Haha....

2 wks plus since i delivered my baby gal, which oso mean i'm in my confinement for 2 wks plus le... still got 1 wk plus to go.. i realli can't wait for that day to come when i can go out, eat normal food, bathe and WASH MY HAIR!!! This 1 mth is really veri slow to me.....

Dear will be back to work tml le, which means nobody will help me at nite wif baby... dunno i can handle myself anot and can tahan for how long.... hope bb can be guai guai, eat le then slp at nite...

Baby shower will be next sunday (3rd Jan 2010) at home... Have alrdy ordered the buffet catering even though there's still people who haven reply to our invitation... No time to go ask n ask again... Those who are coming, c ya next wk!!!

Went for baby's 38 wks chk up today... Did the CTG test, everything was fine, had abit of contraction today but baby still gaining veri little weight so gynae ask me to go deliver on Wed (091209) which is 1 day before my bday!!! Haha so I will be celebrating my bday at the hospital this yr.... Next time will celebrate baby's bday then straight away can celebrate my bday le... hahaha.... dear will have to prepare 2 presents le.... Wahahhahaa!

Now I'm very scare of the pain.. hope wed can faster be over... But after that i got to suffer during the confinement le..... I wan all my sufferings to end soon.................. Wish me luck on wed for a smooth labour!

Baby has reached 37 weeks! Considered mature le, can come out anytime from now.... Scare and excited!! Went for gynae chk up today and did e CTG to trace baby's heartbeat, oxygen level and my contraction... Baby's heartbeat and oxygen level is normal, e result show that I dun hav any contraction at e moment so baby won't be coming out this few days.... However the ultrasound scan show that baby has not gain much weight in the past 1 wk so gynae say if next wk baby still gain veri little weight then may hav to deliver early..... So will see how next wk ba.....

Finally baby has reached 36wks le.... 1 more week and she will be consider full term which means she's ready to pop out anytime! So excited and scare... I scare the pain!!! Went for chk up yest and everything was fine, gynae say bb is veri low le so may come out before edd, hope so... Can't wait to see her... Wonder what will be my signs of labour... Hmmmmm......

Congrats to Limei on her delivery of her baby girl Jo'en today... Somemore today is her bday, it's must be the best bday present she has... :D

Baby 3D Scan!

Went for gynae chk-up yest... Baby is now 30 weeks le! Was suppose to do a 3D scan 3 wks ago but baby's face is not facing up... Told baby a few days ago to face up for e gynae visit yest and she's really veri guai and clever, she faces up during e scan yest so gynae faster change e ultrasound scan to 3D scan before she move to other direction.... She's now 1.5kg le, another 7 wks, she will pop out anytime le.... :D

After that we went MS john little to buy some baby's stuff, there's sale for some items and we have some vouchers which are going to expire soon le so faster go use it to buy those baby's thing we will need...

Ikea & Airport

Went to Ikea Tampines on Thurs, dear want to buy some stuffs to put in his ship's new locker... Not veri crowded as it's a wkday, i hate crowded places..... After that we went to changi airport as there's CROCS sales going on there at T3 so went to see whether there's any gd offer to grab anot, in e end dear bought himself a slipper, none for me as i dun really like crocs shoes designs....

Recently my legs will get super tired even after walking for a while only so we didn't walk much, juz walk around abit, took some pics and home sweet home with popeyes for dinner! :)

Dear went to Comex with his fren 2 wks ago and he finally bought his camera which he wanted long ago... He bought Canon EOS 500D. This time he can use it to take nice and clear pic of our little princess 2-3 mths later.. :) He's still exploring the various function of e cam now... He also bought a LG white colour netbook for me so I dun hav to sit in front of e desktop uncomfortably... Yeah, can sit comfortably on e sofa or anywhere to surf net le....

We went to the baby fair @ taka yest to look at baby stuffs.. Just plan to go c c onli and who knows we bought a bag of baby's stuffs worth $100+.... Cos since there's sale at the fair and we got to get those thing sooner or later one so just buy it yest during the sale.... There were alot of pple especially pregnant woman..... Hahaha..... Yest was just the 3rd day of the fair and many of the gifts has alrdy being fully redeemed lo....... It's fun shopping for baby's thing... :)

Went to eat Swensen after work to celebrate our anniversary! The food was delicious and the ice cream was yummy! Maybe too hungry liao that's y everything is nice.. Hahaha....

After that dear bring me to SK Jewellery to look at their pendants, he say wan to buy for me as the anniversary gift cos I got mention b4 that I wan to change my pendant. He say he wanted to go buy himself initially and give me a surprise but scare that I dun like the design so better bring me there to choose myself... In e end, the design he choose is oso e one I like... haha so we bought it! :)

Happy 8 yrs anniversary from e day we are together and Happy 2 yrs anniversary from our marriage! Time files....

Went for chk up on sat and the gynae tried to see whether can see the gender.... Baby got to cooperate with us oso, to position nicely in order for us to see properly... In e end, baby cooperated a bit la... So gynae say most probably he sees it's a girl! But still cnt confirm now, will hav to double confirm again next mth..... Hehe.... Anyway we are fine with both girl or boy, as long as healthy can le..... :) But still eager to confirm it next mth la.. Haha....

Meet up with fad, darlene, lily & patch in the afternoon at orchard... Darlene's back from aust for 2 wks... She's preparing her wedding and she signed up wif e same BS as me! :) Excited for her wedding next yr..... Initially wanted to go for lunch and ktv but after having lunch cum gossips, it's abit too late for ktv le... So we decided to continue our gossips at mos... Finally home!!! Had our wedding dinner on 22nd Mar (Sun) @ Holiday Inn Park View Hotel... It was a fun day, and thks to all the brothers & sisters for the help & thks for all e guests who attended, really appreaciated it... :) Hope everyone enjoy themselves that day... We stayed over at the hotel for 2 nights. We striked 4d on our wedding day on 1st and 2nd prize! dear's car plate number and our wedding date, and so qiao, our room number is our wedding date (322)... We had all our meals on the hotel, bb n merlin came to have the complimentary buffet dinner with us at the hotel on mon... and we checked out on tue.... Will upload the pics taken on that day once we get from the photographer... Dun really have much pics in out camera..... went home for dinner and mj session with my family on tue.... hehe....

We checked in our chalet at the National Service Resort Country Club (NSRCC) on Wed... The bungalow was quite big and nice... Had bbq and mj with dear's family on the 1st night and we went to enjoy ourselves on the 2nd day... Went for bowling, arcade, play pool, swim/jacuzzi and a walk along the beach.... It was relaxing and we checked out this morn....

We were lucky to have the massage in the couple room, the environment was quite good and we feel good after the massage... too bad we din get to take a pic of us as our bag r in the lockers.... After spa, we went to marina sq to watch a fashion show from invite from ms... Dear caught 2 tatty bears to acc my ah pig! And we r now back home after 1 week of enjoyment.... :D

Dear got the zoo pass and we went to the zoo yest and today! Went with bb, merlin & her mum yest and we went ourselves again today... Cos dear din get to feed the Baboons yest so he wants to go and feed today....... bb drove us there yest then dear and me went back my hse for mj after the zoo trip.... Both days were quite lucky cos the rain only comes when we are about to finish the tour..... The last time we visit the zoo was around 4 to 5 yrs ago le, some animals have already changed.... It was a fun day.. =) The next visit may be another 4-5 yrs later le ba and maybe wif kids le... Hahaha...........

We never really celebrated Vday yest cos were busy with our wedding preparation. Went to pass some photos to the photographer and shop for some of the thing needed... Met up with our coordinator at the hotel to settle some of the details on actual day... And we just shopped around and had dinner at Orchard.

Forgot to mention that we won a small amount of money at the Hongbao toto last fri, which means we won in 3 consecutive toto draw but small amount onli but it's also better than nothing... hahahaha.......

Had a mini AK cny gathering at our hse last sat.... We had 1 round of mj b4 dinner wif merlin and bb.... Bought dinner back to eat to save the trouble cos not many pple... and merlin bought 'yu sheng' so we lo hei after our dinner... Was so full that we have to play number games to finish up the yu sheng... haha... and bb is the one who have to finish up the most.. Hahahaha....

Dear family and relative came to our hse on sunday for steamboat dinner and lo hei.... His auntie bought super alot of food for e steamboat and there's lobster oso! My sis in law gave birth to a cute little girl on mon morn(chu yi)... E baby was just so clever la, come out on chu yi to take ang bao.... haha... We went to c her yest cos we were not in SG on e day she was born.... Her eyes were so big and pretty and she's really very cute.. New member in our hse... hehe.. We were at msia... went to my father's side at kahang and later mum's side at kulai.... That day we were very tired cos we only slept for 2 hrs! really feel like fainting... went visiting, nothing to do just sit there watch tv, drink and went to e next hse and same thing again.... haha..... We played fire crackers at my grandmother hse since we can't play in SG.... We came back to SG at 11+pm and we immediately fall aslp when we lie on e bed..... haha

Happy Chinese New Year to Everybody! A few thing happen this few days... We ate reunion dinner at my hse in the afternoon then proceed to eat at dear's hse at nite.... We had tom yam steamboat at nite and after eating, I had stomachache for the whole nite lo and when i reach home i realised that my eyes got abit swollen, dunno is due to which food i ate cos got so many.... Then we onli slept for 2 hrs and we had to proceed our journey to msia le.... i got a shock when i woke up cos my eyes were veri swollen lo... sianz so I have to wear my spec that day.... lucky it gets better after a few hrs, not so obvious.....

We went in msia at 6+am and when we reached e custom, something happen again... when e car go over e hump, e body kit kena e hump and drop!! So funny and the time was ard the time when my little niece came out! haha dunno izzit a sign to tell us that she's out liao... but dear was sad la.....

Long time nv update le.... went for our food tasting 2 wks ago and we decided to change some of the dishes which we previously decided.... Started to consolidate the guest list and more prep will be coming... So will be bz next mth le... got to meet up wth a few pple to confirm some details.....

5 more days to CNY... This yr will be slightly different cos we will be going back to msia on the 1st day... So dear won't be doin his usual visiting in SG on e 1st day... Can't wait for the PH to come.....

We went for another photoshoot yest! This is the 3rd time we went for photoshoot within 3 weeks... This time is not for our wedding, it's with dear's auntie family. Cos his cousin graduated so they are taking graduation photos cum family photos.... Quite fun oso but dunno when then will get to see the photos...

After that went back to dear's hse for his father bday celebration dinner and mahjong.... Wkends are always so short!!! Looking forward to this coming wkend!!!!!!!!

Went for our photoshoot last mon (3/11/08). Finally e weather is better although there's drizzling in the afternoon for a while. We went to St George's Church, Botanic Garden, a place near Hortpark, Sentosa and Fullerton..... Sound like quite a few places... Tink we will have a hard time when it comes to selecting the photos... The whole outdoor photoshoot was damn tiring. We reached the studio at 1.30pm for makeup and started our journey at around 3.30pm, ended at 8pm+. It was hot, dear keep perspiring and I had a few mosquitoes bites/ants on the gown..... Went for our indoor wedding photoshoot on wed, it was fun but abit tired oso cos hav to pose and smile for the whole day.... Tink some smiles will appear weird and not natural in some of the photos... Hahahaha.....

Was supposed to have our outdoor shoot yest but the weather dun wan to co-operate with us... When we went out, it was already drizzling, in fact it was drizzling for the whole day and even now it's still drizzling.... As it was only dizzling, actually if we wan to continue with the photoshoot, it is still ok one but the sky is not nice la... So we decided to change it to another day which is 1 week plus later...... Hope the weather will be gd that day......... Rain Rain please go away.............

Kampong Fish Therapy

We went fish spa with sis & her bf at Kampong Fish Therapy at Novena on Mon. Recommended by sis bf... We did hand and feet spa... The feet spa was very ticklish but i feel the hand fish spa was veri comfortable, it's like massaging.... We actually did our hand spa in the feet pool bcos as their fishes meant for the hand one are new batches so they dun seem to nibble on our hands when we put in the tank, so no choice we got to put it in the feet pool which is quite uncomfortable for our body... Thus the person in charge gave us each a free hand mask and 2 free hand spa for the uncomfortable hand spa....

After that we went to select my bridal gowns again and I've choosen a total of 9 gowns for photoshoot!!!!!!!! Due to too many gowns, we need to separate the photoshoot into 2 days, one for indoor shoots and the other for outdoor shoots. And we have confirmed on our AD photographer and videographer as well liao......

Bro had his wedding in msia on sunday(21 sep 08). All of us drove in in the morn to attend the wedding lunch. All those who attended are our relatives, many years never see them le.. The lunch last for around 2hr+ and as usual there's karaoke during the wedding.... Those who wan to sing can just go up the stage and sing..... We reached s'pore at nite and the we had mahjong.. haha... N we r on leave on mon!!!! This sunday will be his wedding dinner in SG, dear will be his brother... hehe...... :)

Went to watch "12 Lotus' yest at PS... Dear got GV bday voucher, buy 1 free 1 tix, dun realli understand some parts of the show lo, lucky we watch using voucher so still ok.... hahahaha.... :p

Spent few hundreds yesterday juz on shopping... Bought a pair of boot for my korea trip, 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of diamond earing from Taka Jewellery... Wanted to buy from Goldheart one cos dear got bday voucher there but tinking that I buy it for normal wear only so no need to buy so ex one since both looks e same lo.... But I still like a ring from Goldheart so tink will make use of the voucher to buy it... Hehe....

AK came to our hse on National Day to celebrate dear's bday in advance cos dear won't be free on other weeks le... N he won't be at home on his bday as well, have to sail... :( His bday this yr is quite special cos the date is 20.08.2008!!!!!!! Nice date rite, too bad it fall on the chinese seventh mth if not can get married on that day... Haha....We went to supermarket in the morn to buy the necessary food needed for steamboat at nite... And clean up the hse to welcome the guests.. Haha.... This year, dear definitely love his presents given by AK cos all are his favourite lego and I've given those models that he wan(w/o him knowing) to them so they can buy the correct set... I haven buy any present for him yet cos wait for him to decide what he wan then go buy cos he got too many thing that he wan le....

As usual, after out steamboat dinner, we start our games, we played Taboo together then later e gals played mahjong and the guys proceed with their Risks... :) It's was fun!

Went bowling at Yishun SAFRA in the afternoon on sat 2 wks ago, my bowling skills is still e same, veri lousy.. haha.. not challenging enough for dear.. He wan someone better to challenge him.. haha.. Then at nite went prawning at pasir ris farmart wif dear, bb, merlin, her sis n ly... Dear manage to catch only 6 prawns in 3 hrs... and we cook it wif maggie mee as next day breakfast..... Sun went back to dear's hse for dinner and mj....

Last fri went vivo city to watch "Money No Enough 2", and went to Natas Fair on Sat to look at their tour packages... N we booked our Korea trip there.. Hooray!! Going on my bday and it's winter which I like.... Have to look ard for winter clothes and boots le.. Hehehe.... ;P
Sun went Ikea wif my parents to see see walk walk cos they wanted to buy shoe racks for e hse, and in e end got it and oso chairs to play mj.. haha.. n we used it that nite for mj wif my family...

This Mon went to the bridal shop to see and kpo my bro select his photos.. Yes, he took the same bridal shop as me and he's getting married this sept.... The photos r not bad...

Went vivo city last sat to watch "10 Promises to my dog", it's a jap show and it's veri veri nice... The dog was so cute and the show will make you cry one... Even the guy sitting beside me oso cry lo...

Actually dear wanted to watch "You don't mess with the Zohan" but it was almost full le, only left with those front seats. So we proceed to watch e show that I want.. Hehe...

As we still got time b4 the show starts, we went to walk around 1st and saw this ship "Pallada" outside vivo and dear say he wan to go up and see see...

After the movie, we had our dinner at this restaurant call "Bosses". Dear made a reservation the day before cos he wanted to try their durian dessert, he heard that it's nice.. I would say the food there is so so onli, not that fantastic... In the end we were so full that we tabao the durian dessert home and eat.. Haha...

Attended Lina's wedding at Swissotel The Stamford yest (27/06/08)... Finally this day has come, have been toking wif her abt wedding stuffs and finally her big day has arrived... She must be very happy, can relax also le.. Haha... Veri soon it will be my turn to stress le.. Haha.. The food was not bad, ate till veri full as e table I was sitting was not full... So get to eat double for some dishes.... The ballroom was not bad also, with no pillar...

Dear was sailing from fri till sat evening.. So I went to meet my frens at bugis for dinner and chit chat and sat they came to my hse bcos we were toking abt our pri sch times and e photos we took during that time. Happy Father's Day! Went to Villa Seafood Galleria at Labrador Park with my family yest for dinner to celebrate Father's Day...Waited for almost an hour for the food to be served... The food was not bad and also quite ex... Wanted to try their famous duck but was told that it has finish.. too bad, maybe next time then try ba.. There's 1 open space cafe on top of the restaurant which is quite romantic and quiet which i feel quite suitable for pple to go and relax... The atmosphere was quite gd as it is near e sea and trees...

Bought a new hp at e PC show @ suntec yest... At 1st, was deciding whether to buy samsung soul or LG viewty... Then we went on thurs to the pc show to see see cos dear wanted to buy hdd.. We saw a new model for LG hp (LG Secret) and also HTC Diamond. I was attracted by this 2 models but after tinking for a day, I decided to get LG Secret cos I'm afraid that the HTC phone may not be easy to use and I dun really need that kind of hp.. But it's really much cheaper to get that phone at the PC show... And dear also get to buy his hdd and memory card... :)

While shopping for bakery stuffs, we bought pearls back to cook also.. Yes, those you eat when drinking bubble tea.. :) not bad, taste e same but when put in the fridge, it will not be so nice when you take out and eat the next day le..

Sat was our appt with the BS for gown selection... Was very disappointed that day cos I din manage to choose any that I like.. It's either too plain or not suitable.... The designer was on mc tat day so they ask him to come back the next day to attend to me see wat kind of gown I want and mtm the gowns... Ok, so we will go back the next day but we are actually tinking of changing BS at that time.. So we went to a few other to look at their package, some was attractive and we were oso interested in overseas shoot but at the same time, we know if we are goin overseas to take photos, then in the end surely need to top up alot for the photos one... But if I still can't select any gown from the current BS, we will realli consider taking the overseas package...

Sun, we went back to the BS to meet the designer.. 1st he check with me what kind I want then he took out some gowns for me to try.. The gowns he took out is better than sat one.. There's a few I like even though the design is not what I have in mind.... So now I've kiv a few design le but I'm still thinking whether I should mtm to what I want.... hmmmmm..... Too bad, no pics is allowed to be taken that day...

Baked a chocolate cake on sun... Got the recipe from hershey's website.... The baking time was longer than the time stated in the recipe.. dunno it's our oven prob or wat... Haha.... The cake taste veri thick but still can eat.. Also dunno whether izzit suppose to be so thick one...

Then dear finally get to grilled his chicken.. went to buy the thing needed for cooking in the afternoon and went home to marinate the chicken till dinner time... So hungry while waiting for the chicken to be ready.. But it's worth waiting cos it taste veri nice.... The whole meal come with baked potatoes, eggs and baked beans... Yums...... Eat till veri full lo....

Went to Ehub at Downtown East yest wanted to go bowling.. Called b4 we went to make reservation but e person say reservation are to be made 1 wk in advance.. so we just try our luck to go down and c.. Indeed there were super alot of pple so we just put our name under the waiting list.. Then went to walk walk at e hub.. Nothing much, mostly is eating place... after we finish exploring the Ehub and had my lunch, we went back to chk our q.. They are using electronic one instead of those paper where you will write ur name on a piece of paper.. Over there, they will key your name in the system and there's a screen showing those 1st 10 pple on e queue... We didn c our name on e screen after a few hrs so went to chk with the pple in charge, n there were still ard 30 more pple infront.. Faintz... We decided to cancel it and go home le... Tink cos it juz open and it's a PH so many pple will come n play... Tink next time will make reservation 1st then go le.... Haha....

Tried to baked chocolate swiss roll today using the new oven...Cos tried last time baked by my ex-colleague with nutella chocolate, it was so nice.. so thought of baking myself.. Hand was so tired w/o the electric mixer... But dear & me take turn to whisk the mixture... It was fun but it was not successful.. Hahahaa.. Cos when we were unrolling the swiss roll to put the nutella chocolate, we realised that the cake was not totally cooked yet.. still abit creamy inside.. I did use the tester to test le and it come out clean but some portion is actually noy ready yet... :( So no choice, have to throw away... Can't try again cos I dun have the baking paper le.. Have to go buy 1st then can bake again.. Hope next time will be better... Hehe... :)

We bought a new oven from Giant yest.... The main purpose for buying was bcos dear wan to grill chicken... He's been wanting to buy long time ago le and nw since we have our own hse le, can buy and cook liao... We saw a suitable one and not so ex one yest so just buy it... So the next dish for the coming wkend will be grilled chicken liao... :) And I can also use it to bake cakes as well but muz go find recipes 1st... Tink I also forgot how to bake le, all return back to school liao, muz practise easy one 1st... Hahaha.....

Went Suntec today again bcoz yest we saw that carrefour has this durian buffet at $9.90/pax, eat all you can.. And their durian is those really huge one... But we juz ate dinner yest so dun tink can eat.. so dear insist that he want to go today and eat the durian buffet as dinner... Their durian is really huge and the filing is very thick... We only manage to eat 2.5 durian and is realli realli veri full liao, eat till want to vomit le.. Hahahhaha..............

Dear cooked dinner on Thurs again.. Haha.. But just a simple fried rice and canned soup only.... Hahaha....

Fri, went cwp to visit optical shop.. who know there's metro sale for members so we went in to see see walk walk and in the end spent 2hrs plus and nearly $400 there.... Haha... Then bought Mac home for dinner.... Then after that we went TTSH A&E to see my painful eye... :( Waited for so long there and was entitled to 3 days MC but it was from Sat to Mon so in actual fact I only get to use 1 day... Need to go back for review on Mon again... Dun hav to pay the bill there cos I used the CSC card that dear gave me so it will be deducted from his medical claim amt. In the end reached home at 4+ am.......

Sat, went Suntec/MS to walk walk.... And bought a new toy back to acc my Ah Pig... hehe.. So cute........

Weekend always come and go so fast... Did nothing much.. Sat, went to dear's fren baby 1 mth party in the afternoon then went to my fren's baby 1 yr old bday party... As we grow older, it seems like functions we are attending are fren's baby bday, fren's wedding, fren's hse warming, etc.. Not like last time, is attend fren's bday, chalet...

Sun, went to market in the morn to buy thing to cook for dinner... Dear want to try his HK style fish again.. Cos that time he's not sure what are the sauce to put but now he went to ask his ship's cook liao... Taste not bad, onli abit salty.. Maybe put too much sauce liao.. Hahaa.. But it's ok la, will improve when cook more...

Had an appt wif one of the hotel to view the ballroom. Actually we already went there last sat during their wedding show but due to many pple over there so we didn really get a very clear view and they are having bridal fashion show at the time we reach... And dear's auntie want to view as well.. And finally after viewing a few of the hotels and restaurants, we have finalised the hotel for our wedding dinner next yr.. Yeah! However the date might change.... :)

Went Yishun SAFRA to play bowling... It's a new entertainment we decide to do when there's no place to go during wkend... As usual, I will always help to wash the drain.. haha.. but it was still fun... I can practise at e same time... Dear was veri happy cos at the 2nd game, he got 4 strike in a row during the last throw.....

Dear finally tried to cook his HongKong style fish today for dinner... And we also tried to cook fried sambal ikan billis... And we also have some fries b4 dinner as there are still some potatoes left in the fridge so dear decide to cut and make into french fries... Finally have our hse warming on the 16/3. it took us about 1 week to tidy up the whole hse for the hse warming. same old thing, those stuff that are unable to unpack are store in the storeroom. thks to ly who came so early and took so many photos (711pics) for me. most of it is candid photo. also thks to those who give ANGPOW, PRESENT, VOUCHER. and now after the hse warming there are still alot of guests (ANTS) who do not want to leave, giving us headaches. that day after all left we need to do cleaning for the whole hse and we finish at bout 1plus and the worst thing is we still need to work on the next day.here are some of the photo that is taken on the day.

Had bday celebration on sat (3/8/08) for laoying and allen at a korean restaurant at ECP. It was a advance celebration for allen and actual day for LY. The atmosphere at the restaurant was nice, we had a room by ourselves with nice background, suitable for phototaking.. hehe.. Tink everyone have enjoyed themselves that nite...

Went bowling after that till 1+am, quite enjoy myself even though I dun really know how to bowl.. haha.. The guys are better...

Went to Suntec IT fair wanting to buy a LCD TV for our master bedrm. Since it's the last day so we purposely went and wait to see whether is there any drop in the price during the last hr. But too bad, nope.. There's some which are quite cheap but they are the bigger ones.. We only need a 32". But the thing is, before we can wait for the last hr to come, those model that we are aiming at have already sold out.. so fast!! and somemore the price nv drop...

But we still manage to buy a Samsung LCD TV yest.. We bought it at gain city and the price is even cheaper than the IT fair, somemore add the delivery charge liao. The salesman say that they are trying to match the IT fair..We saw 2 models, the other one is even much cheaper cos they have $200 robinson voucher which the salesman told us that he can use it to offset on the price of the tv for us.. But we settled with the higher price one, cos the spec are better and outlook is nicer.. hehe

It's V-day again!It's the 7th v-day we spent together.. times pass so fast. Went to suntec to have dinner at Swensen. As we never make any reservation, we have to wait for seats but luckily we are the 1st in the queue so quite fast. However we waited very long for our food to come lo. And what! The waiter actually misplaced our order.. so angry.. waited for so long and tell us they don't have our order. In the end, I wrote a complaint on the feedback form and pass it to the manager on duty.

Then we went to the Ang Bao River. Not much thing, almost same as last time lo.. Walk awhile then went home.. Didn't buy anything.. We never buy present for each other cos haven tink of what we want so will put on hold 1st.. :)

Had reunion dinner with dear's family at crystal jade at Changi Airport. Then went back home to play mahjong.

1st day
Went to my house to have breakfast and bai nian. Then went to dear's house and relatives house to bai nian. Just eat, watch tv and play mahjong.

2nd day
AK came to our new house for steamboat dinner. So we went to supermarket to get some food for dinner, the meat that day was super ex lo but no choice, once a year... After that will be mahjong session for the gals and Risk for the guys.

3rd day
Went to Cai Shen Miao to pray. Dear's family came to our place to play cards and mahjong. We realised that we never win when playing at our own house. Must go other people house play then can win.. hahaha...

Was on leave yesterday cos it's my bday! Shiok, can rest and have long wkend... But too bad it was raining non stop the whole day, tink of going out oso sianz... Dear ordered Mac breakfast in e morn and we went to our new hse in the afternoon to wait for the air con man to come and take a look.. After that went back home and cook maggie mee and eat.. dunno wat to eat outside and it was raining so heavily so dun feel like going outside to buy. Then watch tv and slp for awhile since the weather is so good to sleep.. hahaha.. :D And at night we went marina square & suntec for dinner since it's my bday so die die oso muz go out for dinner though it's still raining..

We had N.Y.D.C for dinner, wanted to take some pics at the suntec fountain as there are nice lightings but the rain never stop for us to take :( So we only manage to take a few when eating at N.Y.D.C. After we finish our dinner, it's alrdy 9pm which means most of the shops are closing soon le. We wanted to redeem the bugs bunny umbrella at suntec with purchase of $80 so we went to simply toyz to see what we can buy. dear initially wanted to buy some railway tracks but too bad they don't have so he choose 1 other set of lego to buy. (Strange hor, it's my bday but in the end he's e one who is buying thing) but ok la cos i got nothing to buy oso.. :)

Anyway, dear has alrdy given me $500 cash which he gets from selling his hp contract to buy my bday present so I can slowly tink of what I want.. :)

Renovation has started since yesterday! most of the hacking and dismantling are done and we have given most of the designs that we want to the contractor... only left a few which we haven't decided.. Will be going down with the contractor this sat to buy some of the thing needed and most probably will be buying some of the lighting too...... Been busy with the house thing lately..

Got Our Keys!

Finally we've got the house keys from the seller yest... which means we can start to do whatever we wan to the hse le... We have finalized the contractor that we are going to engage and the thing that we want to renovate.

Been busy looking around for idea for design for renovation, lighting and those sanitary thingy.. got to compare the prices from various shops. More or less, we have the idea of what we will be getting le.. We've also made order for our electrical stuffs and some furniture which will be deliver to our new hse in Jan!!! Got some of the thing sponsored by family which means we can spend less.. haha really over-budget liao.. Anyone who wish to sponsor us can feel free to tell us.. hahahahaha.....

Our Love Nest

Finally, we are officially the owners of our love nest 2 weeks ago....Yeah! However because the previous owner has not move out to their new house yet, we can't do anything to the house...probably next mth ba... We are curently thinking of ideas to renovate the house, sourcing for contractors for quoting of prices and also looking around for furnitures as well!!!!!

Hope that we can move in before CNY....Excited to see how our future house will look like.... Hahaha

Mid-Autumn Festival

Went to Chinese Garden last Sat to see the lanterns and lightings for mid-autumn festival which is next tue! We went to tam to eat dinner before we head to our destination and we also need to get the tickets at tam as it is selling at only $10 when the usual price is $12. We went quite late as we wanted to watch the fireworks which will only starts at 10pm. The jam started when we reach the road entrance to Chinese garden, in the end when we reach the car park entrance, it was full and we were directed by the security to park our car at the multi storey car park outside. Luckily it was just a short distance away from the garden. We got ourselves a free lantern each but not the mooncake.. haha.. cos tink the mooncakes is only meant for the 1st 500 people and they have to produce some paper in order to get it one. Some of the lanterns are quite nice but overall the numbers of lanterns displayed are not many. The fireworks only last for less than 5 mins lo....... Anyway, it's quite an enjoyable nite....

Our Perth Trip

Back from our 5D4N trip from perth... From 11 Aug to 15 Aug.. Actually, it's only 4D3N cos we took the midnight flight on 15 Aug.. Haha... The weather there was cold cos it's winter now. Luckily we brought our cold wear if not we will be frozen.. :) There' nothing much to shop there, more to sightseeing so never buy anything except for some wines, chocolates and adidas stuff which is cheaper than here.

The roads there was scary when you drive cos kangaroos will suddenly hop across the road and birds will stay put on the road. So hav to be veri alert and careful. And also not to drive too fast in perth, must really keep within the speed limit given which was very slow one. We got a fine for exceeding the speeding limit and it was damn ex, AUD250.. can use it to book one more night at the hotel already lo...

Most of the shops closes at 5pm so there's not much thing to do at night.. To make use of the whole daytime, we went out at 4+am!
